meditation 27.03.19

This weeks meditation is from The Mindful Movement. It focuses on your breath and the gap between each breath, and there is also some body scan letting go of tension. 

This is the first time I have come across The Mindful Movement; I like how clear the meditation is, with the music being very light and in the background.
