Today's meditation is a lovely soothing and straightforward body scan meditation. A little longer than I usually choose (29 minutes); the longer length allows for a very steady scan through your body, relaxing as you go :)

Yesterday's meditation was another one from the mindful movement. This one is on self healing - it starts with some breathing exercises to relax, and then you go on a journey and meet someone who can help you .... :)
